Breakfast Salad

 


Salad for breakfast, especially during warm and hot months is excellent with a cup of coffee or tea.

This is just one salad combination that works well and feels and taste like breakfast. Chop your iceberg or romaine lettuce and add boiled egg and crumbled crispy bacon with your favorite dressing. 

The beauty of this is that you can also do some of the prep the night before. Boil the eggs and refrigerate whole, in their own container. If you eat meat and will be adding bacon you can do microwave bacon morning of, or go ahead and fry it up the night before, crumble, and refrigerate in its own container. Combine your ingredients in the morning.
