Choco Banana Muffin in a Mug

 

A standard size coffee mug works best for this recipe.

two tablespoons dairy free mini chips (try Enjoy Life brand)
half teaspoon vanilla
one egg
a dash of salt
fourth cup almond flour
fourth cup ripe mashed banana

Combine all of your ingredients in a coffee mug and microwave about two minutes. Please allow a minute or two to cool before eating.
