We love our avocado and toast. Choose your favorite grain free bread, cracker or flatbread. You could even choose a cauliflower pizza crust cut into serving sizes.

A runny fried egg or poached egg can elevate this into a hot breakfast and add some protein.

Avocados are so healthy we love any possible way to incorporate it into our regular diet. Not just for breakfast but for any meal.
